Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a trauma-focused therapy that uses guided eye movements to help the brain process distressing memories, reduce emotional intensity, and support healthier emotional responses.
Brief Image Reprocessing and Rescripting Therapy (BIRRT) is a short-term approach that helps people transform painful or intrusive mental images by replacing them with more adaptive, healing imagery through guided rescripting.
Inter-Family Systems Therapy (IFS), a trauma-focused “parts work” approach, helps clients understand and heal different emotional parts of themselves, building internal compassion and reducing the impact of traumatic experiences.
